A 55 minute class to tone, strengthen and lengthen your muscles whilst gaining flexibility and reducing stress. A pre-coreographed class set to music. Based on Tai Chi, Pilates and Power Yoga.
A 60 minute hips, bum and abdominals class. Tone and strengthen your core muscles, back and glutes.
A 55 minute fitness party with a contagious blend of latin and international rhythms that provide a fun and effective workout.
A 55 minute freestyle cardio class that involves interval training and some strength training. No coordination needed as it does not involve the typical 'aerobic' style moves and is great for all levels. Every week is a new challenge.
